Loyalty Actions

Actions within your loyalty program are benefits that are gained by loyalty account holders for carrying out various sales related actions, such as amount of spend or registering their loyalty card.

Currency is credited against the loyalty account when a points threshold is reached.

Currency is credited against the loyalty account for all transactions made.

Points are credited against the loyalty account for all transactions made.

You can incentivise customers to register their card by creating a registration action. For example, when the loyalty card is first registered, you can choose for a specific amount of Currency or Points to be credited to the loyalty account.

You can incentivise loyalty customers to make more reservations, for example during a specific time period, by creating a reservation action.

Advanced Actions are intended for bespoke setup, which cannot be achieved using the standard action wizards.
